Application Timeline

The application process begins with a written portion that you can find here. When reading the written application, we’re just aiming to learn who you are as a person, and how you plan to apply your skills to the position. This portion shouldn’t take you more than an hour to complete.
In a 15-minute interview, we’re trying to get to know you in person and get a brief overview of your experiences, coming from you. For the interview, it’s most important to us that you’re excited about Berkeley International and you know what you can bring to the table. Questions will range from “Tell me about a time when…”, to more specific questions about your resume. Remember, the first interview is about getting to know you as a person, so don’t sweat your technical ability just yet.
In the second round interview, we’ll be looking for strong analytical and reasoning skills - these will contribute greatly to almost everything you do at Berkeley Impact. The 30-minute session will consist of researching and presenting on a mock business case released to you a day before the interview. The first 25 minutes should be focused on researching for some additional questions the team will ask you. The last 5 minutes should be reserved for the presentation.
