Collaboration with Tsinghua Impact Consulting Association at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and Eureka Consulting at The University of Hong Kong

-A French-based multinational corporation, owning luxury brands Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and Bottega Veneta

-Provided insight into cultural and historical backdrop for diversity and inclusion in 3 APAC countries: China, Japan, and Korea, specifically on how diversity has different associations compared to Western countries

-Recommended initiatives based on above research to create behavioural change, to be implemented in Kering’s APAC houses

Maison 21G

-Created a 4-P marketing plan to launch Maison 21G products in the United States. This included exploration of retail locations, micro-influencer campaigns, price positioning, B2B partnerships, and product USPs.

-Identified how Maison 21G can use generative AI to transform photoshoots to save money, and found potential AI software companies they could work with in the long term.
